o2 - 100 minutes and unlimited texts, £30 per month and £299 for the handset.
This works out at an average of £46.61 a month.
Vodafone - 75 minutes and 250 texts, £30 per month and £309 for the handset.
This works out at an average of £47.17 a month.
Although this appears to be a worse offer than the one above, it includes 1gb of mobile internet a month as opposed to the o2 contract which only includes 500mb per month. Therefore I recommend this plan over the one above if you are a heavy user of mobile data.
b - For more than 100 minutes but less than 600 the best value contract to get is:
Vodafone - 300 minutes and unlimited texts, £35 per month and £269 for the handset.
This works out at an average of £49.94 a month.
c - If you use 600 minutes every month there are two options:
o2 - 600 minutes and unlimited texts, £40 per month and £209 for the handset.
This works out at an average of £51.61 a month.
Vodafone - 600 minutes and unlimited texts, £40 per month and £219 for the handset.
This works out at an average of £52.17 a month.
